Kayak Tour Guide

Wet Rabbit Kayaks | Seasonal Position (March–September)

Wet Rabbit Kayaks is looking for reliable, energetic Kayak Tour Guides to lead unforgettable experiences on the water this season. If you’re the kind of person who shows up on time, thrives outdoors, and can keep a group safe while having fun, this might be your dream job.

What You’ll Do

* Lead 2-hour guided kayak tours (1–3 tours per day, weather permitting)

* Tow, load, unload, set up, and break down kayak trailers and gear

* Create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for guests

* Be a calm, confident presence on the water (and on land)

What You’ll Need

* A reliable vehicle with towing capability (required)

* Strong reliability- NO no-shows or last-minute call-outs during the season (zero tolerance)

* Physical and mental readiness for an active, safety-focused role

* Ability to live close to the tour location, as guides are generally considered on call

* An unshakable friendly attitude and the ability to lead groups with confidence

Pay & Schedule

* $50 per tour, plus tips and bonuses

* Tours run Tuesday–Sunday (Mondays closed)

* Each tour is 2 hours, with 1 hour between tours for turnover

* Seasonal contract runs March through September

* Schedule depends on weather and demand
